This summer, Knowsley’s town centres are set to burst with an incredible array of free, family-friendly events designed to bring excitement and laughter to everyone.
From towering Transformers to mischievous dancing mushrooms, and even a chance to meet friendly dragons and roaring dinosaurs, there’s a unique spectacle planned for every Saturday throughout the school summer holidays.
Each town centre, Huyton Kirkby and Prescot, will host its own thrilling lineup, promising unforgettable moments and fantastic photo opportunities for visitors of all ages.
Cllr Tony Brennan, Knowsley Council’s Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development, said:
“We are delighted to bring such a diverse and exciting programme of events to our town centres this summer. Our aim is to provide fantastic free entertainment for our residents and visitors, encouraging them to spend time in our vibrant town centres and enjoy all that Knowsley has to offer.”
Huyton and Prescot events will take place 12noon – 4pm and events in Kirkby will take place 11am – 3pm.

The Transformers are coming to town

Get ready for a magical adventure as your favourite singing princesses captivate the crowd with enchanting songs, interactive sing-alongs, and sparkling selfie moments.
Marvel at the legendary 1989 Batmobile. A sleek, iconic masterpiece proudly on display (behind barriers). The engine will be fired up to give you that authentic roar, making it the perfect photo opportunity from a safe distance.
