Knowsley residents are invited to be a part of the amazing programme of events and moments taking place in your communities throughout Knowsley’s Year as Borough of Culture in 2022.

EVENT MAKERS: You will be welcoming, signposting and providing information to audiences, ensuring they have the best experience.

COMMUNITY MAKERS: You will help Knowsley’s communities to share untold stories through arts, culture and heritage events and projects.

HERITAGE MAKERS: You will be involved in research and archiving Knowsley’s untold Heritage, delivering alternative heritage tours, as-well as pop-up events celebrating local heritage in each town and village.

KIRKBY GALLERY VOLUNTEERS: Ensure that visitors to the gallery have a great experience engaging with exhibitions and sharing complimentary information about the wider, cultural offer. Contribute to the success of the gallery by assisting staff, helping visitors enjoy their time in the gallery and providing excellent customer service.
