The Knowsley Feelgood Festival and Flower Show are coming back to Court Hey Park on the weekend of 2 & 3 August and here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect from the events this year!
On Saturday 2 August, the Feelgood Festival promises a fantastic day packed with health and wellbeing activities for all ages and energy levels. Enjoy a fun day out while embracing a healthier lifestyle. Whether you’re keen to get your heart pumping with invigorating physical activities or unwind with calming, de-stressing sessions, you’ll discover plenty of ways to improve your overall wellbeing and have an enjoyable time doing it.
New for 2025, Knowsley-based Pyromancy Productions will be hosting Freedom and Flow workshops throughout the day promoting self-expression, mindfulness, and well-being through movement. These inclusive sessions are safe spaces for all ages and abilities, with a special focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals and those seeking creative connection.
If you’re looking for something a little more lively, join Jenny, one of the first ever Zumba instructors in Liverpool for a mass Zumba session for all ages in the Gladstone Arena.
Thrill seekers can also test their limits on Vibe UK’s climbing wall, 7.5 meters of vertical climbing space that can accommodate up to four participants at once. Trained instructors offer friendly coaching, guidance, and encouragement to help every participant reach their peak!
There will also be a host of stalls from providers like Liverpool Holistic Health Solutions, Smokefree Knowsley, LGBTQ+ charity Sahir and Everyone Health Breastfeeding providing information and giveaways to improve wellbeing.
On Sunday 3 August the Knowsley Flower Show returns bigger and better than ever.
The Floral Marquee, displaying this year’s entries to the Flower Show will be opened by the Mayor of Knowsley at 11am and final judging will take place at 4.30pm
There’s still time to enter this year’s show. Whether, you grow, bake or craft, there are over 100 classes to enter including novice and young people’s categories.

A brand new ‘World Pavilion’ area joins the Flower show for 2025. An artist and community-led celebration of world cultures in Knowsley, featuring vibrant programme of dance and music featuring Milap, The Rahav Band, Katumba, performances and of our Ukrainian Community.
Visitors can enjoy a host of creative activities including walkabout performances by Pyromancy Productions and Willow Weaving workshops with Twigtwisters
And Kirkby Gallery is inviting visitors to get creative this year with a series of hands-on workshops and a pop-up sculptural exhibition. Set in a vibrant multi-arts gazebo in the Clearing Area, visitors can join local artists to explore a variety of art forms. This includes crafting sculptural flowers inspired by Ruth Moilliet’s stunning commissioned floral artworks, which will be on display at the show.
Some firm favourites return for the 2025 Flower Show, including the West Lancs Dog Display team demonstrating agility, obedience and special canine talents. This interactive performance is suitable for all ages and is not to be missed!
Across both days there will be face painters, bubble displays, music and dance performances as well as the ever-popular funfair on the Gladstone Field.
Visitors can also enjoy a host of amazing food vendors bringing the flavours of the world to Court Hey Park, including family bakers Pudding and Pie Northwest, taste of the mediterranean from Voysak Olives, noodles, dumplings and more delicious delicacies from Kwok Wing Chinese Food, and tasty street food from Nobles Kitchen.

“The Feelgood Festival and Flower Show are two of Knowsley’s most popular cultural events and we are looking forward to welcoming thousands of visitors to Court Hey Park for a celebration of community spirit, local talent and wellbeing.
“There are some amazing new events and activities taking place this year and I am particularly looking forward to the new World Pavilion, celebrating global cultures and Knowsley’s growing diversity through music and dance performance.
“As with previous years, we will be providing free shuttle bus services to the Flower Show on Sunday 3 August from every town and village in Knowsley, making the event accessible to as many people as possible.”
The Knowsley Feelgood Festival is on Saturday 2 August, 11am – 5pm and the Knowsley Flower Show is on Sunday 3 August, 11am – 5pm both at Court Hey Park, Roby Rd, Huyton, Liverpool L16 3NA
Both events are completely free of charge to attend on foot or by bike but there are car parking charges if you wish to park on site. Parking at the Feelgood Festival is £4, Parking at the Flower Show is £6.
There are free bike parking facilities but for the safety of visitors, eBikes, eScooters and scrambler bikes will not be permitted on-site.
