The performance will start at 7.00pm and finish at 11.00pm (doors to the venue will be open from 6pm).

FOOD AND DRINK

  • St Chad’s Church are offering a bar facility serving beer, water, soft drinks, white wine and red wine. This bar will be open from 6pm until 10.30pm. No card payments sorry, cash only.
  • Please do not bring your own drinks or alcohol with you.

There are no toilets in St Chad’s Church but there will be portable toilets outside, one of them is accessible.

There is no on-site car parking available at St. Chad’s. The nearest long stay car park is located on Telegraph Way, off Hall Lane, L32 8RA. There are other town centre car parks including the Kirkby Centre off Norwich Way.

There are a small number of disability car parking spaces on Old Hall Lane that can be booked by calling 0151 443 5353.

CRAIG CHARLES

The legendary actor, host and broadcaster Craig Charles of Red Dwarf, Robot Wars and Coronation Street fame is also one of the UK’s best loved Funk and Soul DJ’s. Broadcasting for 10 years on BBC Radio, Craig Charles has gone from strength to strength, becoming a commanding figure and DJ in the UK funk and soul scene. Craig is recognised as one of the UK’s foremost Funk and Soul DJ, commentator and promoter of new music.

DJ LES SPAINE

Les Spaine emerged as one of the most important British club DJ’s of the 70s with residencies at The Pun Club and the legendary Timepiece Club in Liverpool before moving onto a career in the music industry working for EMI, Motown and Capital Records.

During his career he’s worked with music legends including Diana Ross, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Ritchie, Smoky Robinson, David Bowie and Tina Turner.
