The golf club, tee and ball here belonged to Dan Wilson who passed away in 2024 aged 46.

Dan played at Bowring every week for two years before he died. The course gave him a place to meet friends, talk, be active and enjoy the area in which he grew up.

Bowring golf course is a place of connections; connections to people, to history, to lifestyle, to nature and most importantly creates a connection with yourself as an individual.
