By registering to use this App you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions do not use the app.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
a) “The Owl and the Pussycat” means the event “The Owl and the Pussycat”.
b) “App” means the “The Owl and the Pussycat App”.
c) “Wild in Art” means Wild in Art Limited, creative producers of art trail events.
d) “Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council” means Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council
e) “You” means the person registering for a user account.
2. The App
a) The App is managed by both Wild in Art and Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council
b) Your personal information will be used in accordance with the Privacy notice below.
3. Your Photos
a) You bear sole responsibility for the photos which you choose to post on the App. By posting photos to the App, you warrant that you have the permission and authority to do so, including the appropriate permissions required from the photographer and any people included in the photos and that, you understand the public will see it and may use/share that content.
b) Wild in Art and Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council reserve the right to moderate all submitted photos before publication.
c) In posting photos to the App you acknowledge that, once moderated, images will only appear on the app. Images will not appear in any other Wild in Art or Knowsley Borough Council materials.
