Michelle Lamb is the manager of Huyton Pound Bakery.

The shop was started by Sayers in Bolton, England, in 2010.

Michelle made this Gingerbread Man to show the great teamwork of her amazing staff. They work together from Monday to Saturday, serving cakes, pastries and gingerbread men to people in Huyton. They always bring joy by selling sweet treats and giving lovely warm smiles to all their customers.
